In recent years,the practical projects of prefabricated houses in China have gradually increased.Especially in the "13th Five-Year Plan",the government clearly put forward index requirements to vigorously promote the construction and development of prefabricated buildings.Governments at all levels are also in the comments.The assembly rate index is proposed for residential projects,which is the social background faced by the development of steel structure housing.The steel structure housing perfectly fits the prefabricated construction method,but its promotion and development have been repeatedly hindered,facing many problems.There are also certain problems in the design of steel structure residences,such as the lack of variability design of the sleeve space,the lack of coordination of the sleeve module,and the lack of physical performance verification and analysis of the space design.The problem of variability design is embodied in the fact that the functional layout of the traditional structure residence is applied in the design,and the flexibility of the residence mode is limited.At the same time,in the overall design of the building,occupant comfort issues,indoor physical environmental performance,etc.have not received sufficient attention.Based on the above background,this paper introduces the SAR theoretical system to discuss the variability design of the steel structure system residential functional space,especially to study the relevant content of the indoor physical environment performance,trying to find a variability design system suitable for its development,and hopes to give The architectural design and promotion of China's steel structure housing provide references for reference.The full text starts from four aspects.First of all,the main keywords in the paper are defined and related analysis,the development process of variability theory at home and abroad and previous research are sorted out,and the significance of the relevant variability theory for our country is clarified.Through questionnaire survey,it is analyzed whether the variability design of my country's residential design development is necessary at the present stage,and the feasibility of incorporating the variability theory into steel structure housing is discussed.Lay the foundation for the following research.Secondly,through field investigation of actual projects and data collection of practical projects,the status quo of the design of existing steel structure houses is summarized and analyzed.Conduct a satisfaction questionnaire survey on its occupants,quantify the occupants' feelings of use,and perform on-site performance measurement of its indoor space,from the perspective of objective data to analyze the shortcomings of the physical environment performance of functional spaces in existing steelstructured houses,Provide a theoretical basis for the design research later.Afterwards,in order to study the variability design and physical environment performance of the steel structure residence,the SAR theoretical zone analysis is introduced,the functional areas are divided,the design model is established,and the variability range reference system is generated.From the perspective of environmental factors such as light environment and thermal environment,the Experimental simulation study on physical environment performance was conducted,and a comprehensive analysis was carried out to obtain a better system for the variability design system of steel structure houses from the perspective of physical environment performance.Finally,variability design and application are applied to actual engineering project cases,different derivative units are designed,and the performance of physical environment is further explored.Through numerical simulation and software analysis,a comprehensive comparative analysis is carried out to obtain the advantages and disadvantages of the variability design system from the perspective of physical performance,and the technical measures for variability design are summarized and proposed.Finally,it summarizes and summarizes the full-text research results and innovation points,and analyzes and discusses the development prospects of the variability design system in the current steel structure housing market and the prospects for future research.
