BIM-based Steel Structure Residence Integrated Design And Application Research

At present,building industrialization promotes the developmet of prefabricated buildings,and the research and application of prefabricated buildings is increasing.As a new form of residential building structure,steel structure owns stable structure and ease of advantages for industrial production,which is more suitable for the popularization and development of housing in China.However,the research in Chinses steel housing design has not yet formed a variable system,loss of its structural advantages and can not meet the requirements of the sustainable development of residential design,which is causing obstacle to their development.So,how to resolve these contradictions,and thus leads to the thesis points,based on the BIM platform integrated design and Application of Steel structure residence.In this paper,the problems existing in the design practice of steel structure residence are summarized by referring to the drawing books,and the necessity of integrated design of steel structure residence is put forward after analyzing and summarizing.The paper also points out that BIM information model has advantages in the integrated design of prefabricated housing.Secondly,it clarifies the theory of BIM and integrated design,taking modular integrated design as the breakthrough point,and puts forward the method and flow of house integrated design based on BIM.It provides the theoretical basis of "collaborative" design for the integrated design of steel structure residence.In the aspect of integration of structure system and exterior wall system,integration of beam column and exterior wall location,thermal performance and facade personalization,structure system and interior system are mainly aimed at light inner partition wall,Integration of kitchen module and equipment pipeline;Finally,the above research results are applied to the program integrated optimizationdesign of a public rental housing project in a community in Jining City.The integrated design and application strategy based on BIM technology is summarized to provide a theoretical basis for architects to design and practice steel structure residence.The design basis promotes the promotion and application of steel structure residence.
