The Conservation And Activation Strategy Of Rural Cultural Landscape Based On Progressive Renewal Concept

As a kind of local cultural resource of rural development,cultural landscape can achieve the purpose of local rejuvenation and improving local development energy by excavating local resources and transforming local style and features.The regional uniqueness of cultural landscape is formed under the interaction of concrete elements,natural conditions,human activities and time transformation.It can not only display local culture,but also serve as a favorable factor for the development of local cultural tourism,including tangible resources(ancient villages,historical buildings,ancient wells,stream mountain forests)and intangible resources(folk songs,folk songs,story narratives,ideas and media).As a kind of endogenous power,the cultural landscape can be driven by gradual renewal.In view of the problems of material landscape fragmentation and immaterial landscape loss in the development of rural cultural landscape,this paper tries to explore the strategy of preservation and activation of rural cultural landscape from the perspective of gradual renewal idea and combining the practical experience of cultural landscape preservation and activation in Yinglin Town.This study is guided by the concept of gradual renewal,selected Yinglin Town as the research object,through summing up the problems existing in the development of rural cultural landscape,analyzing and excavating Yinglin Town cultural landscape resources,from idle ancient houses,folk customs,memory,experience,historical good words and other soft and hard to explore Yinglin Town cultural landscape activation ideas.This study first summarizes the domestic and foreign research on progressive renewal and rural cultural landscape,studies the essential content and stage concept of gradual renewal,and then summarizes the relevant experience of gradual renewal through the actual cases of Kuchuan Town,Japan and Taomi Community in Taiwan,and provides a construction method for the gradual renewal research in other regions.Then it analyzes the context and meaning of the cultural landscape,from the definition,classification,elements and characteristics of the region analysis,the rural cultural landscape development problems are summarized and analyzed.Secondly,through the field investigation of Yinglin Town,we collate and summarize the cultural landscape resources of Yinglin Town,such as the architectural landscape,public architectural landscape,local humanities,traditional arts and crafts,and understand the relationship between the gradual renewal and the cultural landscape of Yinglin Town.Finally,based on the concept of gradual renewal of Yinglin Town rural cultural landscape preservation and activation strategy research,the specific content is as follows:In the aspect of thinking,grasp the key of preservation and activation,accurately understand the cultural landscape,the specific performance is to recognize the integration of traditional culture and living environment,industry,strengthen the local residents of the cultural landscape protection mentality,the periodic formation of the landscape and landscape elements for protection.In terms of model,we adopt a gradual pattern of one village and one scene,small scale and stage,through the point-to-face activation of cultural landscape system;through the zoning model of one city and five districts,optimize the spatial function layout,and carry out cultural landscape preservation and activation work in the sub-area;through the model of independent governance,let villagers in the consciousness of recognition and support,actively participate in the cultural landscape preservation and activation work.In the aspect of construction,one is to create the cultural landscape space: to renew the function of space,to adjust the relationship between people and land,to inherit the way of life;to create the public space and to inherit the collective memory by excavating the local resources;to protect the traditional style and features,to renovate the living environment and to inherit the rural texture.To carry out dynamic landscape chain links,to pass on a cultural area through different activities,to pass on a cultural area by means of experience,to use the participation mechanism to make the behavior have the opportunity to pass on,and then to preserve;to carry out industrial landscape renewal,to promote industrial landscape renovation through the re-innovation of traditional industries and the introduction of new industries,and to promote the activation of rural cultural landscapes.Finally,through the experience of existing activities in Yinglin Town collage possibilities,provide a possible way to rebuild rural culture,hoping to provide a valuable reference for rural cultural landscape conservation and activation.
