| That the process of China’s economic development, urban spatial structure is constantly changing, the traditional industries in the early period of time helped local economic growth. However, with the resources on the verge of depletion,traditional industries gradually decline and lose the function of sustainable development, effected by that the regional economic development is not balanced and other multiple factors. Traditional industrial plant is idle, and a large area of old industrial wasteland and waste appear in cities. The traditional industries faces integration and transformation. So these problems bring new research, industrial development of the future must re-reflect on how the industrial culture resources to restructure, how to change waste into treasure. At present, China in the industrial and cultural preservation and activation has just started, and lacks complete theoretical system of industrial culture preservation activation system. This study will take industry cultural landscape construction in China as a starting point, use reasonable preservation and activation pattern, and give new life to old industrial sites.This study will be based on a lot of investigation, combine results of previous studies and delve into the problems of industrial restructuring, industrial preservation,industrial activation, and ecological environment. Taking Luodong Lin’s cultural industry park in Yilan Luodong County as a study case, through the re-use of industrial heritage, cultural tourism industry and promoting local economicregeneration activated as theory demands, and by the relevant domestic and international planning and design case analysis, to lay a good foundation for the study. With research methods of field observations, assess visual impact analysis and so on, provide ideas of development for China’s industrial transformation and exploring geographical cultural characteristics.This research case takes the experiential design as the principle, the culture as the present, the creativity as the means, experience as the strategy, the development of the actual situation of the unity of the experience of the park as the goal. This research accumulates theory base of industrial landscape planning and the landscape development, and provides a reference for the solution of the preservation and reuse of industrial cultural landscape in China. |
