Study On Design Of Mongolian Cultural Restaurant

Along with the time development,improvement of the society,people's living standards are becoming higher.In terms of food,traditional restaurant cannot satisfy people's consumption demand anymore,people have higer standards on their dinning environment when they enjoy food.The dining space is not only a public space for commercial use,it has gradually become a way of generalize regional culture,folk customs and the quality of life,under such background,themed restaurant beginning to show up and becoming the development trend of dinning space design.The Chinese nation has a long history and many ethnic groups.For thousands of years,all ethnic groups have jointly created a splendid traditional culture.The traditional culture created by the Mongolian people living on the grassland in the north of China plays an important part of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation.In the soil of Chinese traditional culture and Mongolian regional culture,it has a unique artistic value and has become an important way for us able to see the traditional regional culture and design aesthetics.Based on application of Mongolian culture in the theme restaurant design as the research direction,from the Mongolian food culture,the residential culture,social customs and other aspects of the Mongolian,research and investigate on the history,folk houses,decoration and aesthetic aspects,analyses the main characteristics of the Mongolian culture,and history of theme restaurants,characteristic,style,etc,were analyzed,and puts forward the design of Mongolian flavor restaurant culture thematic elements,analysis of related cases from restaurant interior space design view,find the design method and principle of Mongolian customs restaurant,explore new idea of theme design restaurant.Give corresponding guidance.I hoped that the methods and theories obtained through the applied research on the design of Mongolian theme culture restaurant can play a certain role in promoting the combination of traditional culture and dinning space design,provide valuable reference for the development of future theme restaurant design.Figure 36;Table 3;Reference 41...
