The capability of major technological equipment manufacturing industry is an important basis for reflecting the comprehensive national strength of a country.The degree of development research on the safety of lifting machinery directly reflects the overall social situation of the country’s industrial strength,economic status,and technological development.The safety of special equipment must be based on the sound development of the national economy and the steady progress of social science and technology and must rely on the progress of science and technology.At first,the various faults that are prone to occur in the lifting mechanism of the bridge crane were analyzed,and fault tree for each type of fault was established.By calculating the minimum cut set of the fault tree,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fault tree of the lifting were obtained.The failure probability of the mechanism and the importance of each component were analyzed.Secondly,fully consider the part that is difficult to calculate reliably,the formula of fuzzy probability was calculated by using fuzzy mathematics.Then,the probability of failure of each component is calculated separately according to the coefficient of failure of the crane lifting mechanism in different working conditions,and the reliability and the probability of failure are combined to comprehensively analyze the reliability of each component.At last,the overall reliability of the system is measured through system fuzzy evaluation.Because the measure calculations are e complex,a special software was created with Visual C ++to calculate the reliability of the crane lifting mechanism.The software provides a more simple and effective new method for crane reliability analysis,which can avoid many inconveniences and decrease investment of time and energy in traditional experiments..The reliability analyzing of the hoisting mechanism of the bridge crane not only helps reduce the occurrence of faults,but also has great significance for the maintenance of machinery and the prevention and resolution of faults.Figure 27;Table 6;Reference 79...
