The compartment door system occupies an important position in key systems of urban rail vehicles. It’s of great significance to conduct reliability analysis of door systems for evaluating the door system performance.First, this thesis describes the structure and basic working principle of the sliding plug door system, analyzes and summarizes the failure modes of various components of the door system. The fault tree analysis method(FTA) is introduced, and the fault tree of door system establish with the top event" door system failure", on the basis of previous obtained failure modes. Reliability of the door system and the probability importance degree and crucial importance degree of minimum cut sets are calculated. According to the result, weakest parts are EDCU module failure, nuts component failure, door locking switch S1failure, door close switch S4failure.Then, to deal with the feature of incompletion in door failure information, the fuzzy fau tree analysis (FFTA) method based on fuzzy set theory is studied, and the determination of fuzzy numbers and arithmetic rules of logic gate operator is discussed. The FFTA is applied t the door opening fault as an example, using the fuzzy importance analysis method to analyze the importance of the door components.Afterward, in order to solve uncertainty of failure causality of the door system component, reliability analysis method based on fuzzy Petri nets is studied. Fuzzy productioi rules is adopted as knowledge-based representation, and an study case, the door closing fault is given to demonstrate the steps of reliability analysis using fuzzy Petri nets. The importanc degree of the initial places is calculated to analysis the impact of component parts on the doo system performance.Finally, this paper designed and developed the reliability analysis program of the door system, including fault tree management module, door systems reliability analysis module and other functional modules.
