The main working part of the truck crane is the hoisting mechanism. The hoisting mechanism generally has the following four parts: the first part is the power system, which is the drive device that we usually call.It is generally driven by a hydraulic motor or an electric motor. The power system of the truck crane is generally. The hydraulic motor is used;the second part is the winding part of the steel wire rope. The winding part of the lifting mechanism of the automobile crane is mainly composed of a moving pulley group,a drum,a fixed pulley, and a hoisting wire rope. The function of the moving pulley group is to increase the odds of the wire rope.In order to reduce the tension of the single-strand wire rope, the fixed pulley is mainly placed on the horse head part of the jib, mainly to change the force direction of the wire rope. The third part is the hook group. The hook of the truck crane is generally composed of several sizes. The composition of the hooks is adapted to different lifting weights.Generally, the hook above 90 tons adopts the double hook form. The fourth part is the safety protection device, which is mainly composed of a wire rope over-reel limiter,a wire rope over-discharge protector and a torque limiter.Overload limiters, amplitude height class space limitations, etc. At present, the main problems in hoisting organizations are sagging ropes, stacking ropes, irregularly arranged ropes, and random ropes.Major domestic crane mainframe manufacturers have started technical researches on reliability issues of lifting mechanisms: This article lists the development history of domestic and foreign lifting organizations and the current status of crane use,and conducts corresponding experiments on existing problems.Research, propose corresponding solutions and plans.
