| For companies with technology as their core competitiveness,how to improve the performance management of technicians is of great significance to them.However,in our country,most enterprises do not have the consciousness of performance management at present,or lack of systematic cognition,which leads to a fact that performance management is mostly superficial,and the situation of "emphasizing evaluation and neglecting improvement" occurs from time to time,which is difficult to match well with the strategic management of enterprises,and causes internal problems of enterprises,and then cannot play a real role in performance management.Based on this,this paper studies the performance management of L company technicians for the purpose of improving the core competitiveness of L company and other domestic companies.This paper is guided by human resource management and performance management theory and combined with L company’s existing performance management of technical employees,to find a management system suitable for the characteristics of L company’s technical employees and the company’s strategic development needs,and then to achieve the strategic development goals of L Company and improve its standardization practice management level in human resources for common development of the company and employees.This paper first clarifies the theoretical basis of performance management and the current status of L company’s performance management;and then point out the problems of L company’s performance management by studying the existing circumstance of L company,e.g.lack of effective and specific plan of performance management,lack of rationality in the performance indicators,failure to properly use the assessment results to implement incentive policies,lack of effective communication between performance appraisers and employees.Then,this paper makes a detailed analysis on how to improve the performance management system of L company and proposes multiple sets of programs to optimize and improve the performance management system of L company from various aspects.Finally,this paper develops relevant safeguard measures for the operation of L company performance management system.This paper hopes to carry out in-depth and comprehensive research on the performance management system of technical employees in L company,and putforward targeted improvement measures,from small to large,to provide some reference suggestions for performance management in both theoretical and practical fields. |
