Heavy haul train has become the main organizational form of freight transportation in China due to its advantages of large volume,low cost and low energy consumption,especially coal transportation.In 2018,1.749 billion tons of coal were sent by rail,accounting for 54.85 percent of China's total rail freight.With the increase of coal output year by year,how to improve the heavy load transport capacity has become the focus of heavy load train transport research.But at the same time,energy conservation and emission reduction also become an important strategic goal of railway transportation cost control and sustainable development.Therefore,the optimization of heavy-load transportation organization should be planned in terms of traffic flow organization type,train combination method,train traction energy consumption and other aspects according to traffic volume demand and line conditions,so as to realize the rational allocation of coal transportation resources,realize the coal transportation channel transportation capacity and generate economic and social benefits.Therefore,this paper is based on the research of heavy load train transportation organization at home and abroad.According to the running data of heavy load trains in coal transport channel,the rules of energy consumption and train running path,train grouping method,train stopping plan and other different modes are clarified,the relationship between transport capacity and energy consumption is explored,and the organization of coal transport channel trains with coordinated utilization of capacity energy consumption is deeply discussed.The organizational optimization model of heavy vehicle traffic flow with capacity and energy consumption coordination was established and calculated with an example.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)The paper confirms the research subject of capacity and energy consumption,analyzes the characteristics of heavy load train transportation organization of coal transport channel,and sorts out the relevant theories of heavy load railway traffic organization of coal transport channel.On this basis,it analyzes the capacity utilization and energy consumption utilization of coal transport channel from the perspective of transportation organization.(2)Based on coal transport channel data of LKJ,all kinds of calculating factors of extraction capacity and energy consumption are extracted to form a complete technology of acquiring factor indexes by the method of data mining.On this basis,the differential equation of energy consumption calculation is established by using the dynamic formula,and the energy consumption of train traction under different paths and groups of coal transport channel is obtained,so as to realize the analysis of energy consumption law of capacity.(3)Comparing and analyzing the traditional traffic flow model(multi commodity flow model),an optimization model of heavy vehicle organization based on "column" is proposed for coal transport channel,and the traditional physical network topology is transferred to the spatio-temporal network.Considering the constraints such as flow balance,operation time and network limitation capacity,an optimal traffic flow organization model based on energy consumption and capacity utilization coordination is constructed.The genetic algorithm is designed to solve the optimization model and the feasibility of the model is verified.(4)This paper takes the network data and freight data of guoneng group Daqin railway as an example.By collating and analyzing the measured data and statistical data obtained from the survey of Daqin railway,the organization and optimization scheme of heavyload train is obtained based on the network data and freight data of Daqin railway,and the scheme is compared and analyzed.The results show that the theoretical method is correct and can be generalized.
