The airport hub is an important node connecting the ground and air transportation,and undertakes two important traffic functions.The external traffic function is reflected in the passenger flow input and output,and the internal traffic function is reflected in the passenger flow diversion and confluence.Among them,the realization of the internal traffic function is closely related to the multi-mode transportation on the landside.In recent years,the rapid growth of passenger trips brought about by the steady development of air transport services has constantly raised higher requirements for the landside traffic organizations of airport hubs.However,at present,most of China's airport hubs has the problems of low utilization rate of public transportation,unreasonable allocation of transport capacity resources and complicated interlacing of the transfer lines.Therefore,from the perspective of optimizing the landside traffic travel structure of the airport hub,improving the passenger transfer experience,and improving the overall operational efficiency of the landside transportation,this paper studies the optimization problems of transport capacity allocation and transfer simulation for landside transportation of airport hub.The research is carried out at two levels,macro and micro.First,by using macromathematical modeling methods,a transport capacity allocating optimization model for the landside transportation of the airport hub is constructed.The model is used to solve the optimal transport capacity allocation scheme.Secondly,using microscopic simulation methods to simulate the transfer process of passengers who choose different landside transportation,The simulation model can not only be used to present the travel trajectory and state changes of the transfer passengers before and after the transport capacity allocation optimization,to verify the feasibility of the theoretical model,but also to optimize the organization of transfer passenger flow.The theoretical model provides the optimized transport capacity allocation scheme and passenger flow allocation results for the simulation model.The main work of this article includes the following 4 parts:(1)Using the total arriving passenger traffic volume and the passenger traffic split rate of each landside transportation data of Beijing Capital International Airport,the passenger flow characteristics of different transportation are analyzed.On this basis,considering the four factors of travel time,travel cost,comfort and convenience perception,the calculation method of the arriving passengers selection utility function on the landside transportation of the airport hub is given.(2)Considering the competition and cooperation relationship between various transportation,and the interaction relationship between passenger choice and the level of transportation service,a bi-level transport capacity allocation programming model for landside transportation of the airport hub was established,and a feasible algorithm based on GA and MSA is designed.The upper model takes the minimum total system cost as the optimization goal,to optimize the public transportation departure interval and the number of taxis that need be served per unit time.The lower model is based on SUELogit model and provides the upper model with passenger flow allocation results for each transportation.(3)A simulation model to simulate the transfer process of passengers who choose different landside transportation in the airport hub is established,and a specific implementation method for simulation of different transportation is given.(4)Taking Terminal 2 of Beijing Capital International Airport as an example,the transport capacity allocation and transfer simulation optimization problem of landside transportation were studied,the results verified the validity of the theoretical model and simulation model.There are 59 pictures,19 tables and 86 references.
