This article takes the XX traction substation as the research object during the operation period of the high-speed railway,and studies the safety risk management of the XX traction substation during the operation period of the high-speed railway.First of all,it deeply analyzed the characteristics and accident cases of XX traction substation during the operation period of high-speed railway,and based on the operation period and the characteristics of the substation production management system,from the aspects of personnel quality,equipment itself,safety management,and external environment,Initially formulate the XX traction substation safety risk identification list;then use the Delphi method to form a group of 12 experts including design units,operating units,and acceptance units to identify the safety risks of XX traction substations after three rounds Survey feedback,and finally compiled a formal XX traction substation safety risk identification list during the operation period.Based on this,the risk matrix method is introduced to draw the risk matrix diagram from the four aspects of personnel quality,equipment itself,safety management,and external environment to determine the safety risk factors of each level.By analyzing high-level safety risk factors and using the accident tree method to analyze typical risk accidents,the basic events that cause fire accidents and personnel electric shock accidents are obtained,and these basic events are sorted.For the safety risk control link of XX traction substation,for high-level safety risk factors,through the use of risk prevention and loss suppression,these two measures can be used to avoid possible serious accidents;for other levels of safety risks,analyze the occurrence of each item The reason is to formulate corresponding control measures.Then summarize and summarize these risk control measures,and put forward specific improvement suggestions for XX Traction Substation.And investigate after the improvement of XX Substation.After the investigation,it was found that all the safety risk measures of XX Traction Substation have been implemented,and there have been significant improvements in personnel training,fire equipment specifications,safety signs,the ecological environment in the institute,and on-time maintenance and update of electrical equipment..This research has certain theoretical value and reference significance for other railway traction substation projects.It has certain reference value for the safety management of China's high-speed railway intelligent traction substation.
