Study On Selection Of Engineering Material Suppliers Of Z Group

With the continuous advancement of economic globalization,enterprises are facing more and more competitive pressure.In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market,they must focus on building their own core competitiveness and obtain non-core products and services from external suppliers,so the selection of suppliers is crucial.For an enterprise that needs to purchase a large number of engineering materials,how to scientifically select the material suppliers that meet the project conditions has become one of the key issues that the enterprise must pay attention to.Z group every year need to invest in the construction of multiple projects,each project needs to buy from many different suppliers of construction materials engineering materials,engineering materials due to the suppliers of quality,price,delivery cycle,such as different,so to establish a reasonable scientific method for supplier selection,to assure the each Z group engineering materials purchasing work to be done timely,high quality,have important practical value,therefore,solve the problem of supplier selection method of Z group is an important theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes Z group as an example to study how to select engineering material suppliers.First of all,the domestic and foreign research status of the research on supplier selection is summarized,and the research ideas of this paper are drawn.The concepts of engineering materials and their suppliers are briefly expounded,and the theories of procurement and supply chain management,supplier management under supply chain management and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)are described.Secondly,the current situation of engineering material supplier selection of Z group,the research object of this paper,is described in detail,the main problems existing in the process of engineering material supplier selection of Z group are summarized,and the causes of these problems are analyzed.Finally,on the basis of clarifying the principles and standards of supplier selection,the index system of supplier selection is constructed,and the weights of all indicators are calculated and the index scoring standards are obtained by means of analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Finally,a method for selecting engineering material suppliers of Z group is established.Through the research and exploration in this paper,the index system of Z group’s engineering material supplier selection is constructed,and it is verified in the implementation of the asphalt material procurement project,and the expected effect of objective,fair and strong operability is achieved.Compared with the previous supplier selection methods,the new method not only optimizes the procurement method of engineering materials,shortens the procurement cycle,reduces the comprehensive cost,but also benefits the supplier management.
