Stirling engine has a wide range of fuel sources,high thermal efficiency,little gas pollution,low noise when working,stable performance,and simple structure.It is a new engine with convenient maintenance.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)By using Schmidt analysis method and Matlab mathematical software,an A-type Stirling engine model with a low power is designed,and the dimensions of its main components: heating head,cooler,high temperature side piston,low temperature side piston,flywheel and connecting rod are designed,and the rationality of the design is verified theoretically.(2)By using Solid Works software,the three-dimensional modeling of the designed A-type Stirling engine model is carried out in space to understand the structural distribution of various parts in the real object,so as to ensure the rationality of each part design and the correctness of the location distribution,and make the real object more concrete and intuitive.(3)With the isothermal analysis method and the calculation formula of α Stryn engine,the paper analyzes the power performance parameters of the designed α Stryn engine model,finds out the key influence factors: temperature ratio,phase angle,dead volume ratio and other parameters on the output power of the engine,and reasonably selects the parameters In order to obtain the best level combination and significance of the influencing factors and make the output power of the Stirling engine reach the best performance value.(4)The steady-state performance of the designed A-type Stirling engine model is analyzed.The influence factors of the steady-state performance such as the average temperature of the heater tube wall,the engine speed and the average cycle pressure on the performance parameters such as the effective efficiency,the indicated efficiency and the external combustion efficiency of the Stirling engine are analyzed.The original lab is used to process the data scientifically and draw the curve to obtain the influence factors The best range makes the thermal efficiency of Stirling engine reach the best performance state.(5)The Stirling machine model test is carried out to verify the rationality and feasibility of the designed Stirling machine model.At the same time,the influence of the height difference between the two cylinders and the inertia wheel on the performance of Stirling engine is studied.
