| At present,Chinese urban agglomeration is developing rapidly and has become the main force to promote regional economic development.As the core area of Chinese urban agglomeration development,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration plays a vital leading and driving role in Chinese economic development.Although the layout of high-speed rail lines in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is basically formed,according to the2016 ’Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Intercity Railway Network Planning’,it is proposed that the preliminary planning of the railway network is based on the three major channels of’Beijing-Tianjin,Beijing-Baoding-Shi and Beijing-Tangshan-Qinhuangdao’.But with the rapid development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in recent years and the rapid rise of Xiong ’an and other regions,the existing network planning can no longer meet the needs of passenger flow.It is necessary to design the train operation plan based on a reasonable high-speed rail network planning to better meet the needs of passengers and promote the integrated and coordinated development of urban agglomerations.Under this research background,this paper mainly studies the high-speed rail network planning and train operation scheme design of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration from the following aspects.Firstly,the development process of urban agglomeration and the role of railway transportation in urban agglomeration are analyzed,and the relevant theories of passenger flow characteristics and train operation plan are sorted out which provides a theoretical basis for high-speed rail network planning and train operation plan design.Secondly,based on the idea of high-speed rail network planning,the economic,population and other related indicators of urban nodes are selected,the index system is established,the node importance model is constructed and the node importance value is obtained.The DBSCAN algorithm is used to cluster the city level,and the city node level is obtained.On this basis,the main line planning model of high-speed rail network is established,and the node importance value and node classification results are used as input data to obtain the scale and distribution of the main line network of high-speed rail in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.The scale of the existing and planned trunk lines is compared and the rationality and necessity of the planned trunk lines are verified.At the same time,it lays a foundation for the design of high-speed rail train operation scheme in urban agglomeration;thirdly,according to the selection results of the main line,the Logit model is used to allocate and adjust the passenger flow in the network.Finally,considering the constraints of passenger demand and station level,a bi-objective nonlinear programming model is established with the goal of minimizing the cost of passenger travel time and maximizing the revenue of railway transportation department.The model is solved by simulated annealing algorithm.Taking one of the main lines-Beijing-Shijiazhuang line as an example,according to the operation plan model established in this paper,relevant parameters are set to solve the train operation frequency and stop plan of the line.Based on the development process of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and the passenger flow characteristics of high-speed rail network,this paper plans the main lines in the high-speed rail network of urban agglomeration based on the idea of network planning.Considering the benefits of the railway transportation department and the cost of passenger travel time,the main content of this paper is the train operation plan on the main line which provides a scientific and reasonable solution for the high-speed rail network planning and train operation plan design of the urban agglomeration. |
