Beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration is one of the top cities in our country.It shows significant political and economic characteristics under the port city-tianjin and the nation capital-Beijing.With the urbanization process accelerated,population flow,economic construction,population pressure increases gradually,the beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration is in the domestic the most serious ecological problems,smog,acid rain,soil erosion,soil degradation,resource is exhausted a variety of ecological problems,and such serious damage hinder the healthy development of urban agglomeration in quality of life.On the other hand,”Resilient” means a ability that when regional system meet external shocks,it can reduce harmful effects.The sense of reality,the evaluation for regional system of resilient capacity and measure,is through a new perspective for regional system to resist the potential risk.Therefore,the article of the resilient system of urbanization and the ecological system,is the assessment for the two systems to resist risk potential,in today’s rapid urbanization,climate change,energy consumption and serious environmental pollution,under the condition of significant importance for the urbanization system and ecological system.However,more important is the urbanization system and ecological system to resist the risk of both the potential to achieve a high level of mutual promoting balanced development state,rather than the development and restrain each other.So this article puts forward the urbanization and ecology resilient measure and optimization strategy research has the practical significance.The article from the perspective of regional evaluation,based on the study of theory and practice,research beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration and the urbanization and ecological redilient,and the coordinated development of both resilience as the object,to promote urbanization resilience and ecological coordination symbiotic balanced development as the goal,to city optimization level,regional level and field optimization level optimization strategy is put forward.Strive to study,this paper helps to beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration of urbanization and ecological harmonious co-prosperity development strategy and to provide basis for decision-making,and for other top urban agglomeration in the urbanization and the ecological system to resist the potential risk and integration coordinated development research.
