With the rapid development of China’s economy,on the one hand,new buildings are constantly being constructed to meet the needs of social development.At the same time,the buildings built in the early days cannot meet the needs of social development due to their low standards.They need to be repaired,reinforced and modernized;On the one hand,with the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s requirements for building functions are getting higher and higher.The scale and functions of existing buildings cannot meet the new use requirements,and the low standards of the original buildings,the aging of the buildings and their long-term use The structural safety issues caused by the gradual weakening of post-structural functions have attracted more and more attention.After considering the expensive demolition and construction costs and the serious impact on the normal living order and the environment,people gradually turned their attention to the existing The maintenance and modernization of houses.The thesis first summarizes the significance of building structure inspection,identification and reinforcement,and then analyzes the development and application status of building structure inspection,identification and reinforcement.On this basis,it takes the Sanya Shunfeng Hotel structure inspection,evaluation and reinforcement reconstruction project as an example to carry out The research work of actual engineering structure inspection,appraisal and reinforcement,specifically including on-site inspection of beams,slabs,columns,concrete strength and steel protection layer thickness,etc.,combined with the check calculation results of the main component bearing capacity calculated by the comprehensive seismic index method,The structural safety was appraised and evaluated,the reinforcement plan was proposed and implemented,and finally the safety evaluation of the reconstructed structure was carried out.The main work is as follows:First,the main reasons for the functional degradation of building structures and the significance of building structure detection,identification and reinforcement are explained.The purpose and principles of building structure inspection and evaluation,and the procedures and procedures of structural inspection,evaluation,etc.are discussed.After the first-level evaluation of structural component springback and other inspection and analysis,the comprehensive seismic index method should be used for the second-level evaluation.Secondly,the principles of structural reinforcement of existing buildings are discussed,and the technical characteristics and applicability of foundation reinforcement and superstructure reinforcement methods are analyzed respectively.Finally,taking Sanya Shunfeng Hotel as an example,firstly,the on-site macroscopic inspection of the concrete strength of beams,slabs and columns,the corrosion degree of steel reinforcement and the thickness of the steel protection layer,etc.are carried out,and then combined with the check calculation results of the main component bearing capacity calculated by the comprehensive seismic index method,the structure According to the appraisal results,a plan was proposed to strengthen the foundation by increasing the base area reinforcement method,to reinforce the pillars with the outsourcing angle steel method,and to reinforce the beams with the externally pasted carbon fiber cloth method.After the reinforcement is completed,the structural safety evaluation and analysis are carried out by using the comprehensive seismic index method.The results show that the seismic capacity of the building has been significantly improved,and the seismic resistance of the structure after reinforcement meets the requirements of seismic code standards.There are 37 figures,48 tables and 55 references in this paper.
