The occurrence of the earthquake will bring immeasurable damage to mankind, including life and property.So the researchers put forward a lot of safety assessment methods for buildings to calculate the reliability of structures under earthquake action.In this paper, the static reliability theory and static reliability based method are used to analyze the reliability of structure seismic reliability assessment. The problem can be simplified effectively.This paper will launch the research mainly from three aspects?The first one is to study the research status of The static reliability theory and method at home and abroad, refer to the literature, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of every method.And this paper will take the JC method in first-order second-moment method to carry out the research.The second one, is for aseismic reliability assessment,in the Random process, X(t) is a smooth response of linear single degree of freedom system being disturbed by white gaussian noise.The third one,Using the program of Matrix Laboratory to write a new program for this method to reduce the workload of calculation and make a convenience for the subsequent work of simulation of surface at the same time.Through these major work,we can get the following conclusions:Through study the structure reliability theory and method, that structure function or variable in different conditions using different structural reliability calculation method, reliability index calculated precision.In the static reliability calculation method, the most classic is also widely used as a JC method of two moments.Take single degree of freedom system as the object, and through the MATLAB program,we get the solution of the aseismic reliability index based on the theory of the static reliability. The intermediate tedious process is given to the black box to deal with, and a lot of data can be directly observed through the Workspace, it is convenient for us to do the study.Through changing the ground motion duration, the values of structural frequency of the structure are studied the change of reliability index under seismic action. The research shows that the method based on this paper, and decreases as the white noise spectral density, structure of reliable probability decreases; As the structure safety limits, structure of reliable probability will rise.
