Installation Cost Control Of Hami M Power Plant

With the deepening of power engineering reform and the rapid development of economic situation in recent years,the power market has experienced a spurt of growth.This good momentum,however,does not last too long,power engineering bid prices have been falling in recent years,the construction cost and improve gradually,the state of the industry downturn,so the power engineering construction unit as a contractor economic pressure in the middle.Based on the analysis of current market conditions,this paper studies the power industry from the perspective of installation cost.Engineering installation cost in addition to the labor,materials,machinery as the main part of the outside,project leader and staff management level affects the cost is also very big,the paper aiming at some of the engineering project management cost control problem and influence elements,the installation of the corresponding cost control measures are put forward.To strengthen the cost control of engineering installation is not only the need of the enterprise's own development but also the need of the resource saving society.The paper also introduces the industry background first,from the macro to the years of coal-fired thermal power market as a whole transformation made a general description,and presented at home and abroad from the micro engineering installation cost control theory development and research status.By analyzing the external environment of the industry,the internal situation of the industry and various problems and contradictions existing in the enterprise,the importance of engineering installation cost control is indirectly explained.The author worked in hami M coal project for many years,the real met the problems existing in the project,so this paper taking the fourth and fifth chapter of hami M coal for objective the research object,using the cost control theory to analyze the cost,according to conclude the problem formulated the corresponding countermeasure,to implement and verify the effect.The purpose of this paper is to apply some effective measures to the future projects of every coal-fired power plant,to save costs and promote social and economic development.
