Spatial Morphology Analysis And Study Of Renewal On The Daopashi Historical District In Anqing

Historical and cultural districts are usually an important birthplace of a city and a concentrated expression of urban culture and history.Its distinctive historical features can clearly express the morphological characteristics of a certain stage of urban development.However,due to the impact of the rapid development of the city,the shape of the district and the quality of the space environment have deteriorated rapidly.In the era of the rapid development of the cultural industry and tourism economy,the protection and renewal of historical and cultural districts are particularly urgent.The Daopashi historical and cultural district is the most complete traditional commercial district in Anqing,and it is also the most abundant in terms of historical remains and cultural connotation.Like most historical and cultural districts,problems such as the loss of traditional features,deterioration of the overall environmental quality,and lagging of functions in the Daopashi historical and cultural districts have led to the urgent need for a new round of renovation and renewal in order to continue the rich cultural and historical values.This article uses literature research,case analysis,spatial syntax,field research and other research methods to analyze the spatial morphological characteristics and update design of the Daopashi historical and cultural districts of the from a macro to micro perspective.First of all,from a macro perspective,the basic conditions of the city’s geographic conditions,cultural values,historical evolution and other aspects of basic data research,to demonstrate the value of the district and the need for protection and renewal.Then,taking space syntax as the main research method and combining the current characteristics of the physical space of the district,the axis method is used to analyze the problems of district traffic organization,the contradiction between the current status of space and land use,and the intrinsic attributes of the street space form;at the same time,the important nodes in the district Analyze the characteristics of sight area,find the influence of sight line on the space characteristics and find out the problems in the node space.Then,through on-site investigations,the status quo characteristics analysis of the Daopashi historical and cultural districts of the from the aspects of the overall spatial form of the district,the spatial form of the street,the architectural form,the environmental spatial form,etc.,to study the existing problems of the spatial form at all levels,for the district transformation Provide a positive reference and basis for transformation.Finally,based on the above analysis results,the principles of protection and renewal of the block and its surrounding space form are proposed,and the renewal design research is conducted from the aspects of the street and lane space form,architectural form,spatial environment form and business type renewal of the block,in order to lay a foundation for the future renewal and development of the block.At the same time,it is hoped that this research can play a certain reference or reference significance for the research and practice of the protection and renewal of other historical and cultural districts.
