| In the tortuous development process of Qingdao Zhongshan Road Historic Block,a very unique historical and cultural style is formed,which is the most direct and the most classic embodiment of the modern development of Qingdao City,acting as the centralized display platform of historical development of Qingdao.However,with the rapid development of modern economy and the rapid expansion of the Qingdao City area,under the background of government work focus shift and the rise of the the commercial block of eastern part,many of the old city commercial economy in Qingdao City suffered a severe blow,and the Qingdao Zhongshan Road Historic Block will inevitably enter the recession of the commercial development.Faced with this problem,you can start from the basic of block spatial morphology,conduct a quantitative study on the mechanism and rule of the evolution of block spatial morphology,and then get the optimization direction of updating spatial morphology of blocks,to make the spatial structure of the internal block more scientific and reasonable,and ultimately to achieve the regeneration of the area of commercial block.On the other hand,the space syntax is a theoretical method which focuses on city spatial quantitative analysis and research.With research and development of more than 40 years since it was put forward for the first time,its theoretical research is more mature and perfect,and a complete theory system has been formed.For this reason,in the study of the spatial morphology evolution of Qingdao Zhongshan Road Historic Block,with the help of the theory of space syntax and related research methods,the quantitative analysis of the spatial morphology of all the representative age blocks is completed.The specific research process is as follows: first,the development and construction history of Qingdao Zhongshan Road Historic Block is arranged;secondly,on this basis,all the axis maps of the representative age are obtained from the characteristics of the spatial morphology evolution,and a quantitative analysis on the spatial morphology of Qingdao Zhongshan Road Historic Block in each era is made with the space syntax theory and related research methods,through the quantitative indicators such as integration degree,selectivity,intelligibility,etc;finally,evolution regulations and characteristics of block spatial morphology are summarized,based on the quantitative indicators resulted from the quantitative analysis of blocks.Besides that,the existing problems in the development and construction are found out,and the corresponding suggestions for updation are put forward,to provide theoretical support for the development of Qingdao Zhongshan Road Historic Block. |
