The food market is one of the most important parts of the city public function,and it functions as a city communication platform,bearing the food culture of different regions.For the past few years,with the continuous development of China and the continuous progress of modern urbanization,the environment of many food markets has been unable to satisfy the needs of residents.Increasing numbers of markets have been transformed into supermarkets.Under the circumstances,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study and research how to optimize the interior and exterior space and health environment of food markets.In order to research space characteristics of the indoor food markets,all the indoor food markets in the main urban area of Hefei are selected as research objects.Through the preliminary investigation,the classification and characteristics of the indoor food markets can be concluded.In addition,based on the investigation of the vegetable markets,three of them are further selected,namely the Hupo agricultural market,the Ningguolu food market and the Qiguitang food market,to analyze internal and external space of the food markets and human behavior.Based on this,Hupo agricultural market is selected to further research the relationship between space and human behavior in the market.By using UWB indoor location technology,the behavior samples of different crowd in this market are obtained.And the data collected will be visualized and analyzed quantitatively in order to study the shopping behavior of different crowd in different functional zones.The purpose of this study is to research different genders’ behaviors in different functional zoning of the market,and analyze the irrationality of the zoning in order to put forward spatial optimization strategies.With the advent of the post-epidemic era,the healthy environment in the indoor vegetable market has attracted more and more attention.Based on the space survey of the three vegetable markets,the indoor natural ventilation and light environment of the market were investigated.The researchers found that it was more difficult to deal with the ventilation of the attached wet market,but mechanical ventilation would increase the cost of the wet market,so more attention should be paid to indoor natural ventilation in the architectural design stage.According to the current situation of light environment,the lighting pattern in the vegetable market is chaotic and lacks shopping atmosphere.The illuminance of the traffic space is far from reaching the standard,and the illuminance level between different stalls and shops is quite different,so the comfort level is poor.Based on what mentioned above,the author summarizes the current situation of the indoor food markets in the main urban area of Hefei,and proposes some suggestions for the optimization of the market location,developing internal and external space,and building health environment,etc.These Suggestions are applied to the renovation design of Hupo agriculture food market.The development of the food markets should be combined with the urban development,considering in many aspects and paying attention to the sustainable development.In addition to the convenience and benefit of the people,it should also conform to the development of the times and improve the quality of food markets.
