Fast food is the product of the high speed development of social economy ?Quickening the pace of life in today's society,people,and the transformation of the people for food consumption idea,makes the fast food,with its convenient,fast advantage in the catering market quickly occupied the important status in industry In the fast food industry market competition in China,although the Chinese fast food in the last century in the late eighty s to ninety s,after the development process of made a certain progress and improve,But compared with western-style fast food brand development speed is relatively backward,not its rapid development and strong.Investigate its reason,in addition to advantage in the aspects of marketing strategy,the design of the interior space environment also occupies an important position,are worth of further research.Rapid development in the western-style fast food brand and accepted by the Chinese market at the same time,we see in the current domestic catering space existing in the interior design of a series of space design is not reasonable,the design of a single boring no innovation,not a clear theme,culture onnotation and so on.Through the study of western fast food brand indoor environment design and analysis,extract can meet the demand of dining people use of interior design elements,summarizes the way of the construction of indoor space environment,effectively to provide technical support for the restaurant interior space design,At the same time,also can provide reference for Chinese fast food of interior design and guidance.The techniques and methods of studying these mature,save a lot of time to explore and and on the basis of the study,enrich and perfect the dining space is mastering the knowledge content of consumer psychology and behavior.To better promote the dining space interior design to develop in the direction of healthy,comfortable and convenient.This article mainly from the western brands interfacedesign,indoor environment in fast-food restaurants western-style fast food color and light environment indoor environment design,the western fast-food brand indoor furniture and furnishings design three parts content of western fast-food brand interior space environment are studied.On the basis of widely collecting relevant data,through the understanding of information,induction and analysis to study the creation concept.With case analysis and types of research methods to analyze the space creation technique and personalized,the western-style fast food brand form more in-depth understanding of indoor environment design,in the hope to the further development and rational study of dining space.
