| With the artificial environmental technologies become more mature, the energy and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent in order to create a constant temperature and humidity of the indoor in the design of the indoor environment, what's more, the steady-state indoor environment are harmful to human health, long-term linving in the steady state of the indoor environment causes immunity decline. It's of great significant scientific problems with building healthy and comfortable indoor environment to emphasize adaptive behavior of the human body the ability to regulate the climate and to consider requirements that human complies with climate change for the indoor environment, while building indoor environment. It's great theoretical value to carry out research on these forr health house design.First, this thesis based on the literature review, summarized research problems and status of adaptive thermal comfort. The research methods for adaptive thermal comfort are analyzed significance of adaptive thermal comfort research is made clear. Thinking of the characteristic of China's climate, a questionnaire survey conducted in the four typical climate zones, meanwhile the indoor and outdoor temperatures were measured. A comparative analysis of difference of indoor thermal environment and subjective evaluation of the indoor environment were made. By asking the temperature can not be tolerated in winter and summer, aceptable temperature in the different climate zones has been obtained:the hot summer and warm winter areas is 14.3-29.5℃, the hot summer and cold winter areas is 13.5-28.0℃, the cold areas is 15.2-25.0℃, the severe cold area is 17.5-24.5℃. The neutrality temperature and acceptability of different climate zones were calculated in winter: the hot summer and warm winter areas is 16.3℃, the hot summer and cold winter areas areas is 14.2℃, the cold areas is 19.1℃(in district heating areas) and 14.5 (in non district heating areas), he severe cold area is 19.1℃(in district heating areas) and 14.5 (in non district heating areas). The adaptive behavior for human thermal comfort is statistically analyzed in different climate zones.Second, circadian rhythm that people adapt seasonal is summarized based on the theory of five zang organs proper to the season to re-examine how to create a healthy indoor environment.
