China’s economic development has entered the era of new urbanization and industrialization.The development of fabricated buildings has been vigorously promoted by the state.As an important part of the assembly building,the assembled steel structure has become an ideal building system for building modernization because of its high degree of industrialization,short construction period,good seismic performance,less wet work in the field,and recyclable.For that external wall panels is an important form of assembly steel structure enclosure system,the study of the interaction mechanism between the external wall panels and the steel frame has been paid much attention by the scholars,but the unified mature theory has not been formed at present.Therefore,the research on seismic performance of steel frame composite concrete wall panels is of great significance for promoting the development of fabricated buildings in China.Through experimental research,finite element verification and theoretical analysis,the failure mechanism and seismic performance of steel frame composite concrete wall panels are studied.The research work is as follows:(1)A total of two full-scale steel framed concrete composite wall panels and one full-scale steel frames were tested under low cyclic loading.The hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,strength degradation curve,stiffness degradation curve,ductility coefficient,energy dissipation capacity as well as strain and displacement changes in key positions are analyzed,and the seismic performance of the structure is evaluated synthetically.(2)A large finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to establish the model of steel frame and steel framed-concrete external composite wall panels structure.The mechanical properties of the model under reciprocating load are analyzed.The reliability and accuracy of the theoretical analysis model are verified by the test,which shows that the modeling method is very effective.(3)Based on the theoretical analysis of the displacement of the external wall panel and the stress of the upper node,the corresponding feasible suggestions are put forward based on the analysis results.The research results in this paper will provide some reference for design,installation and acceptance of external composite concrete wall panels and their connection nodes.
