With the aggravation of energy crisis and environmental problems in the world,countries have put forward higher requirements for high efficiency and low emission of automobiles.The electric control system of the whole vehicle is one of the cores of the hybrid electric vehicle.Based on the analysis of the working principle of how the commonly used hybrid system works,this paper takes the parallel hybrid vehicle as the focus of this study,and makes the design,construction and debugging on the level of its electronic control system.The research contents can be summarized as follows:(1)The demand analysis of the whole vehicle control system of the hybrid electric vehicle is carried out,and the overall scheme of the research is formulated.In the implementation of the scheme,the principle of how to operate several commonly used hybrid systems and their characteristics and performance are analyzed and compared.After comparison,the parallel form is finally selected in the structure of the hybrid system.This paper analyzes the background and significance of parallel hybrid technology,summarizes the research status of parallel hybrid technology at home and abroad,and analyzes the key technologies for the future development of parallel hybrid vehicles.Combined with the specific vehicle type,the parallel hybrid system scheme is designed,and the operation mode of the vehicle is divided.(2)According to the requirements of the function and performance of the vehicle electronic control system,the modular design of the control system hardware is completed.At the same time,the key elements of the hybrid electric control system are studied.Based on this,the hardware scheme of the hybrid electric control system is given,and the hardware circuit is designed.In this paper,the main chip of the electronic control system uses the single chip as the core of the control system,and the hardware design adopts the modular scheme,which includes the minimum system module,the power module,the power detection module and the input signal conditioning module,as well as the signal control circuit design and the communication interface module.(3)The control mode and strategy of hybrid vehicle are studied,and the related software of electronic control system is compiled.Including: engine idle start stop control strategy,power distribution control strategy and fuzzy control strategy of motor displacement regulation: the software function of the hybrid control system is analyzed,and the main program and subprogram of the control system are constructed.At the same time,the subprogram design includes the construction of signal calculation module,the construction of operation mode program and the construction of bus communication program.(4)Carry out test bench verification for the designed vehicle control system.In the whole test process,the engine power simulation system of Prius is used as the platform for the test.Combined with the verification results,it can be confirmed that the hybrid electric control system proposed and developed in this paper has certain effectiveness and feasibility,and plays a great role in the stable operation of hybrid vehicles.
