Research On Construction Management Of Urban Village Reconstruction Project From The Perspective Of Maximizing Value

The transformation of villages in the city is the desire of the people and the requirement of urban renewal.In the past 20 years,China’s urban village transformation has made achievements,but there are also deficiencies.First of all,the lack of life cycle planning and design brings many problems to the project.The second is the lack of group development concept,imperfect supporting facilities,restricting the later use function.Third,the project information management is weak,and the sharing degree of business system is low.Fourth,the application of new technology management is insufficient.Based on solving problems in the practical project,combined with the view of value maximization,through the analysis of function and cost,optimizes the value of the project from three aspects,constructs the theoretical analysis framework of “conceptmode-technology”,and conducts innovation research combined with project B.Firstly,on the basis of the concept of “limited price-life cycle-low-carbon life”,it is necessary to pay more attention to planning and design,integrate advanced technology and utilize natural conditions.Secondly,taking full account of residents’ living habits and future needs,the group development and construction mode is adopted,the responsibility matrix of main management parties is constructed,and the multi-dimensional integrated project management mode is adopted.Finally,BIM Technology is used to move the focus of project management forward,optimize the cost and quality of the project in advance,reduce the waste of resources in the later stage,and improve the value of the project.The concept,mode and technology are innovated,the cost and function of the project are optimized,the value of the project is improved,and the theory of project management of urban village reconstruction is enriched and developed.The new thinking of construction management of urban village reconstruction project realizes the optimal allocation of resources,improves the engineering value,provides experience for urban village reconstruction in China,and helps urban construction.Figure12;Table6;Reference 64...
