Engineering Project Management For Eliminating Hidden Danger And Reconstruction Of The Electric Energy Metering Devices

The accuracy of metering data is related to the legitimate interests between electric power company and electricity customer, which is the necessary basis of a fair and just settlement between both sides and affected by the quality of electricity metering devices directly. Carrying out large-scale engineering project, strengthening the management and control, evaluating technical and economic effects, ensuring the safety of construction projects and improving the implementation effects are meaningful to improve project management level.Firstly, closely integrated with the current international and domestic new perspectives and methods, the blanking reconstruction engineering project for the electric energy metering devices of huairou district is taken as the research object, then the development situation and problems of huairou district's electric energy metering devices are introducing on the basis of its economy development and power demand,and the necessity and urgency of strengthening management for the blanking reconstruction engineering project are analyzed.Secondly, the management system of huairou district's electric energy metering blanking reconstruction project based on problems analysis is studied in terms of security management, quality management and schedule management.Thirdly, the technical and economic effects of huairou district's electric energy metering blanking reconstruction project are evaluated based grey assessment model and index weights which are given through AHP method.At last, according to evaluating results, the prospects are put forward.Through this research, the effectiveness of project implementation is enhanced greatly, and the basic method of engineering project for eliminating hidden danger and reconstruction of the electric energy metering devices is explored, which improves energy metering management for power supply enterprises.
