Research On Security Improvement Strategy Of Existing Open Residential Areas In Harbin

All the goals of urban development depend on security.At present,social security problems occur frequently at home and abroad,from lost contact incidents to traffic accidents,making urban residents uneasy about their own safety.Security is a key word in the government's annual work report meetings.As the basic frame unit for urban and rural residents to survive,the open residential area as the future development direction of residential area construction in China,its living safety should be given priority attention,to ensure the safety of "home" and improve the safety quality of residential area become the hot spot of urban development.Based on the internal relationship between the environmental factors of open residential areas and the security of residential areas,this paper focuses on the existing open residential areas in Harbin and discusses the safety improvement of urban open settlements.Through field research,we will grasp the safety status of existing open settlements in Harbin,analyze the environmental factors affecting the safety of existing open settlements,and explore the safety improvement strategies of existing open settlements in Harbin from the perspective of planning and design.The focus of this paper is on the construction of an environmental factor system that affects the security of open settlements and the exploration of existing open settlement security improvement strategies.The article first determines the research direction of the subject,and analyzes the current research status and core concepts at home and abroad.Then expound the related theories of settlement construction,analyze the characteristics of open settlements,and sort out the theory of safe space mapping,environmental psychology,CPTED,traffic security and public safety management,and clarify the connotation and core content of each theory.This paper expounds the relevant practices of residential security at home and abroad so as to clarify the important guiding significance and research value for the follow-up research.Then,through the method of literature research,the environmental factors that affect the safety of open settlements are constructed.On this basis,a comprehensive and detailed investigation of the open residential areas in anzibian area of Harbin was carried out to systematically understand the basic situation of the safety status of the existing open residential areas in Harbin and the satisfaction degree of residents to various environmental factors that affect the safety of the open residential areas.Based on the summary of the existing problems and the data processing of the questionnaire,the weight of environmental factors affecting the existing open residential areas is obtained by using the principal component analysis method,and then the environmental factors that need priority transformation in the improvement of the safety of existing open residential areas in Harbin are identified by IPA analysis method.Finally,on this basis,from the traffic safety,defense security,safe behavior and residential construction and safety management four aspects to upgrade strategy,at the same time,from both the open settlements of the advantage in terms of safety,from block unit design,boundary space design,mixed land use function and his neighbors open to China's future of the construction of the residential security implications.
