Study On The Renovation Planning Of Dalian Port From The Perspective Of Historical Inheritance

Nowadays,urban renewal is becoming more and more popular.Most of the urban renewals are large-scale demolition and construction.They do not combine the original style and historical culture of buildings and blocks,which makes them lose their original style and characteristics.At the same time,the protection of urban landscape and the inheritance of history and culture have become a new direction of urban renewal,a new topic,which is one of the issues of general concern of all sectors of society.Taking Dalian Port Wharf Renewal Planning as an example,starting from the perspective of historical inheritance,through field research and visits,this paper analyzes the existing problems of Dalian Port Wharf,interprets the control requirements of the regional upper planning,and studies the renewal strategy of Dalian 100-year wharf area.Dalian Port was built in 1899.It was planned and designed by the former Russian government.It has some typical architectural features.It has witnessed the vicissitudes of history and the process of change of this seaside in Dalian,and has been preserved relatively intact.It is an industrial heritage with high original value.With the adjustment of its industrial structure,Dalian Port Wharf has maintained the status quo of the wharf area left in the waterfront area,stopped renewing and constructing for more than ten years,the cruise industry has developed slowly,and the protection of the industrial heritage of the wharf is imminent and the situation of rational reuse is grim.The problems mainly focus on four aspects: functional space,traffic space,landscape and industrial heritage.Based on the analysis of the above four aspects,this paper puts forward the renewal strategy of Dalian Port pier area from the perspective of cultural inheritance.Firstly,based on the cultural inheritance of 100-year-old wharf,we should replace industrial land,reorganize the functional structure of the core area,revive the 100-year-old wharf culture,reconstruct the characteristic functional space,create the cultural atmosphere of the place,and promote the revival of the functional space of the wharf area.Secondly,through rational planning and layout,the urban road space texture for one hundred years can be continued,the passenger transport function for one hundred years can be improved,the cultural slow-walking system can be constructed,and the regional road network structure can be improved.Thirdly,we should tap the potential of land resources,make use of the advantages of cultural resources,create an architectural landscape integrated with history and culture,inherit the open space of cultural context,display the night landscape of centuries-old wharf culture,create a distinctive space environment and improve the quality of urban space.Finally,based on the investigation of the current situation,the comprehensive situation of industrial historic buildings and historic blocks is analyzed.Through the above analysis,reasonable development layout design is carried out,so that the space capacity and structure type of industrial historic buildings can adapt to new functions and give new characteristics of the times.Take on the task of explaining the history of the wharf and promote regional economic development.If a city wants to maintain its historical continuity,it does not need continuous protection in the process of redevelopment,and develops its characteristics in urban design and renewal,and ultimately forms a sustainable urban civilization,which is also the ultimate goal of urban historical and cultural heritage.With the development of globalization,the western culture has been infiltrating into our culture and life.With the sustained and rapid growth of the dish economy,how to protect the precious historical and cultural heritage of the city in the process of urbanization and modernization,and truly inherit the urban context,is an important proposition faced by every contemporary planner.
