The Engineering Design Of Shabao Port Of Zhangzi Island In Dalian

With the development of the tourism in Changshan Islands of Dalian, Shabao Port of Zhangzi Island is the important island side of Changhai County’s transportation between the continent and islands. So the project is now extremely necessary.The project of Shabao Port of Zhangzi Island consists of five engineerings:the east and west breakwaters engineering, the buildings of a passenger transportation berth of1000GT and the buildings of a passenger and cargo transportation berth of1000DWT. The main design contents of the article includes:the general layout of the port, the cross section design of breakwaters,the structural design of the wharf and the reinforcement design of the caisson etc.The design of port plane layout is worked out according to Design Code of General Layout for Sea Port,it includes three parts, Dock of shoreline, land arrangement and layout in port waters. The construction design of the east and west breakwaters is carried out according to Code of Design and Construction of Breakwaters, including structural type selection and determine the scale of area. In accordance with the relevant specification,the structural design of the1000DWT General Cargo Wharf is carried out, including structure selection, determining the wharf components size and model, Wharf structure calculation, Caisson floating stability calculation and caisson reinforcement calculation.
