In our modern life,some accidents of windows pinch injury even deaths are often reported due to the extensive use of these power windows.So,study anti-pinch module has commercial and scientific value.It is also consistent with our national conditions and provides practical significance to the development of automotive electronics development.The main purpose of this dissertation is to develop a low-cost anti-pinch product to meet the customers' s requirements and anti-pinch market.In this paper,every component of the window system and related movnent pattern were analyzed.The key parameters of anti-pinch system and the physical and simulation model of DC motor were presented.On the side of software,through comparing the three existing anti-pinch algorithms,including Ripple current detection,Hall pulse+current method,Hall pulse+acceleration method,Hall pulse+speed difference detection method is proposed.The theoretical analysis and formula derivation of the speed difference algorithm are carried out.The implementation steps of the algorithm are designed.Three cases of window normal rising,window anti-pinch and window rising encountering interference were simulated through Matlab software.It is verified the validity and reliability of this algorithm.At the same time,taking into account the motor startup status and voltage drops,startup recognizes algorithm and the speed inverse into current method were developed.These methods added greatly improve the control quality of the anti-pinch system.The speed difference method is more reliable than acceleration method and the cost of this method is lower than current detection.So it is the best choice to make industrial products.Finally,the availability and reliability of proposed algorithm was verified through high and low temperature experiments,static force calibration tests and various professional tests in Hainan automobile testing yard.The test results show that the speed difference algorithm studied in this paper is very effective and reliable and it can be used as an industrial product in the actual window control system.
