Because people’s pursuit is continuously improvement and automobile electronictechnology is rapid development, more and more electronic devices are installed on thecar.The power window system is one of these electronic equipments. It can make thedriver more comfortably and safely to drive the car, so it is one basic function on themodern automobile. Due to the increasing number of electronic modules applied, thespace on the car is becoming increasingly crowded and the car weight is becoming moreand more heavy. In this paper, the design of Co-driver window lift module combining thepassenger mirror module function.It increases integration degrees on the car and savespace. Automotive bus applications effectively reduce the number of wires and weight ofthe car, and also save space. The LIN bus, with its low cost and easy to use, as acomplement of the CAN bus, can be widely used on the car body network.In this article, the LIN bus protocol specification is discussed and the LIN busframe’s components format and frame transmission rule are detailedly introduced. Theprinciple and hardware block diagram of the Co-driver windows lift module integratedpassenger mirror function is discussed. LIN transceiver circuit of passenger mirrormodule and shared power regulator module circuit are designed. The passenger mirrorMCU circuit and drive circuit are designed. The Co-driver windows lift MCU circuit anddriver circuit are designed. The background of related chip selected and hardwareanti-jamming design are introduced.Then, discuss the passenger mirror’s and Co-driver window lift’s the control flowcharts and software design. Based on thinking about cost down, the normal anti-pincharithmetic which is based on Hall sensor is not used, but anti-pinch arithmetic withoutany sensor is used.Finally, using the Vector company’s CANoe software to do simulation testing. TheCo-driver windows lift module and passenger mirror module functions are verified and itmeet the design requirements.Results of this research can provide a useful reference for developing car windowcontroller and reducing for electronic control system and is value for engineeringapplication.
