Study On Urban Planning Strategy Of Dalian Diamond Bay Under The City-industry Integration

The integration of production and industry is a development concept in the process of urban construction,which aims at coordinating and coordinating the relationship between cities,industrial functions and human activities,and solves the spatial and social problems arising from the new urbanization,industrial structure transformation and urban economic development.Dalian originated from Diamond Bay.It has been a century since Dalian was founded in 1899.The city pattern has been developing around the Bay.Diamond Bay,as a key development area in the downtown area of Dalian,bears the memories of generations of Dalian people.With the development of the city and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,Dalian has entered a new era of urbanization in the whole region.The industrial structure of Diamond Bay is constantly upgrading and transforming.The development and construction of Donggang and the relocation and transformation of Barracuda Bay Dagang Chemical Plant have brought about the emergence of important modern metropolitan functions such as the Central Business District,the International Conference Center and the Financial Center.Diamond Bay,as the most valuable Central Vigorous Bay Area in Northeast Asia,will be an important engine for Dalian to become a central city in Northeast Asia.The development and construction of diamond Bay has achieved certain results so far,but there are still some problems.In terms of planning,there is a lack of detailed planning for urban areas from the overall urban planning to the detailed planning of the diamond Bay area.In the process of transformation and renewal,there are some practical problems,such as mixed functions,poor traffic,lack of vitality and slow development power.This planning study combines the concept and strategy of production and urban integration,TOD mode,spatial location structure,organic renewal,and so on,and conducts a thorough research and design on the function structure,traffic organization,landscape environment and space guidance in diamond Bay area.Through planning means,we will provide ideas and suggestions for the overall development and construction of diamond Bay area.Through the study,we can see that with the rapid development of urban economy,the scale of industrial zones is expanding,and the problems of industrial structure are single,job separation and so on emerge.In the study of the planning strategy of urban integration in diamond Bay,we need to deal with the relationship between urban residential functions and industrial functions.Ensure the intensive and efficient use of land,efficient and convenient transportation,clear environment,and achieve the goal of urban and industrial interaction and healthy development.
