Study On The Ecological Science And Technology Innovation City Of Dalian From The Perspective Of Ecological City

Since China’s reform and opening up. the development of urbanization has experienced more than 30 years, the resident population of urban accounted for the proportion of the population to measure the urbanization rate increased from 17.9%in 1978 to 52.57%. in 2012 especially in the last ten years of Rapid City, on the one hand to promote the social economy speed and make the city look another take on an altogether new aspect. Non renewable resources and energy decreased rapidly, the ecological environment is damaged to a certain extent. In the future, our city development speed will be slowed down, this time to re-examine the traditional city planning system in the future, from the perspective of sustainable development of modern city planning and construction, ecological city building energy efficiency will become the future development direction of the city.This master thesis on eco technology innovation in Dalian city as the research object, in the construction of ecological civilization in China under the background of the city, from the perspective of ecological city by using ecological city theory and practice experience of construction at home and abroad, combing the eco technology innovation in Dalian city at present city project construction, from the overall to the overall international bidding the planning achievements of the planning of the region, from the software service outsourcing core starting area, north area of cultural and creative business city WITHUB, MCC headquarters economic zone and Lenovo in the future several key Park City Industrial Zone Control of city planning and design to construction groups, monomer design, from the industry development planning the key to the park, the spatial layout and operation of enterprises (especially the Dalian creative industry park operators), from different spatial levels and operating situation of ecological Dalian Science and technology innovation urban construction design is systematically summarized. The first part is the basic research, including an introduction, related theory and practice, mainly on the writing background and the contents of the selected topic and writing methods are described, and combined with the domestic and foreign related theory and practice, summed up a few points of Dalian eco science and Technology Park in the construction process need to pay attention to the problems and can be used for reference.
