Study On Master Planning Of Zasake Town Based On New Urbanization

The new urbanization development path is the historical call for China's urbanization development to a new stage.Taking the all-round and multi-dimensional development of people-oriented,people and society,economy,environment,politics and ecology as the main focus,we will further promote the concept of sustainable development and construction,and integrate land use,spatial planning and infrastructure between urban and rural areas.Gradually break through the limitation of separate development of urban and rural areas and realize the overall development of urban and rural integration.In this paper,through in-depth exploration of China's urban development background knowledge,collecting relevant theoretical evidence.On the basis of typical cases of new urbanization development at home and abroad,study the research results of economically developed countries in the field of urbanization,pay attention to the successful cases of characteristic small towns and ecological towns in Britain and Germany,and use the stones of other mountains for my own use.China's urbanization construction has entered a new stage of development.In the last decade,the urbanization rate has risen from 46.99% in 2008 to 59.58% in 2018.The idea of "adhering to the new road of industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people since the 18 th National Congress.Especially under the background of national development strategies such as beautiful countryside and rural revitalization,small towns have become bridges and links between cities and villages to connect urban and rural development,and important support and space carrier for Rural Revitalization under the characteristics of new urbanization.Under the background of the new era,the country began to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and China's urbanization continued to advance.Therefore,this study is based on the background of the times,and based on the advanced experience of western developed countries and developed regions in China,theoretical and practical explorations have been carried out.In-depth study and analysis of the concept and connotation of new urbanization.In particular,it focuses on the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,and balancing the distribution of social public service resources,and striving to achieve industrial agglomeration and structural optimization in the process of urbanization.Therefore,the study of relevant issues in the process of urbanization development has important theoretical and practical value.In the process of planning and research,the main axis is Zasak Town's upgrading of industrial
