Exploratory Research On The Master Planning Method Of Small Towns Integrating The Concept Of Culture Ecosystem Services

At present,the living environment of China's cities and towns is far from meeting the requirements of ecological civilization construction and residents' needs.As China's urbanization enters a new stage,the construction of ecological civilization has been raised to an unprecedented height.Urban master planning is a comprehensive plan that affects urban development and is of great significance for the construction of human settlements.However,the consideration of ecological content in the urban master plan still has limitations in thinking and implementation methods,does not meet the purpose of ecological civilization construction,and is difficult to meet the increasing needs of residents.How to locate the system service affects the overall idea of urban planning and construction.Culture ecosystem services(CES),as an aspect of ecosystem services,has not been recognized until recently.The main purpose of cultural and ecological services is to meet the diversified spiritual needs of human beings and to pay attention to the social and human values of the ecosystem.This is also one of the important connotations of China's ecological civilization construction.This paper expands the ecological connotation of the master planning of small towns with the CES concept,and explores the new small town master planning theories and methods.Firstly,from the perspective of master planning,the research analyzes the intrinsic relationship between culture and ecosystem services and spatial resource allocation,and proposes the spatial planning transformation appeal in the stage of master planning.Then,this paper attempts to construct a CES-oriented master planning framework,explore CES supply and demand analysis methods,and supply and demand balance planning methods,and take the master planning of Liuxin Town in the mining town as an example.The full text consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background of ecological civilization construction,the value and trend of cultural ecological service research and the existing limitations of the master planning,and puts forward the research questions,and expounds the significance and ideas of this paper.The second part introduces the origin,characteristics and connotation of CES,and analyzes the relationship between CES concept and ecosystem service,ecological infrastructure and historical and cultural heritage,and combs the progress of CES research and the evolution of ecosystem service concept in urban master plan.There are limitations in research and practice.The third part discusses the theoretical basis.By analyzing the law of the realization of cultural and ecosystem service,the basic requirements for implementing CES functions in space resource allocation are proposed.By identifying the relationship between ecosystem service and overall planning,the concept of ecological service goals is introduced,and a bridge between the realization of ecosystem service functions and master planning is constructed.Further proposes the master planning reform appeal for cultural and ecosystem service,including the planning thinking,the preparation process and the transformation of analysis and planning methods.The fourth part is the CES-oriented urban master planning framework and methods.By integrating the CES function implementation path with the traditional general planning framework,a CES-oriented general planning framework is constructed,including the general plan for the basic ecological services,the construction of the target system,the CES supply and demand analysis,the CES-based master plan and planning evaluation and feedback.The fifth part is practical application.Based on the analysis of the ecological characteristics and problems of Liuxin Town,the CES concept was used to optimize and improve the preparation of the master planning of Liuxin Town.The sixth part is the conclusion and discussion of the full text.It summarizes the results and values of this paper,and points out the shortcomings of the research and the direction to be explored.
