Research On The Quality Management Of 110kV Transmission Line Project Between Qingtuoying And Sigezhuang

With the rapid development of power grid infrastructure, the scale of power grid construction projects has been in a rising trend in recent years. As the main part of grid system, power grid transmission line projects are very important for the power electric grid development, and its engineering quality affects the power grid operation security and electric power supply directly. In the construction process of power grid transmission line projects, engineering quality is affected by many factors. Not only do the projects design, materials and construction affect the projects quality, but also does the project management, especially the project quality management, have important influence on the quality of electric grid projects. Therefore, in the situation of the rapid development of power grid construction, the research on project quality management is of great significance for the development of power grid infrastructure.The paper study the applications of quality management theory in the power grid transmission line projects, on the basis of the quality management of 110 kV transmission line project between Qingtuoying and Sigezhuang. Firstly, this article summarized the domestic and international research on project quality management, and constructed the research framework and main contents. Secondly, the thesis studied the relevant theories of project quality management systematically, especially the key contents of project quality management, and gave the key link and core problems in the process of project quality management, and summarized the related principles. Thirdly, the paper researched and analyzed the application of project quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, and quality acceptance check in the practical project, based on the quality management activities of the main links of 110 Kv transmission line project between Qingtuo Camp and Sigezhuang. Fourthly, the paper used the project quality management maturity model and fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) to evaluate and summarize the capability and effect of the quality management of 110 kV transmission line project between Qingtuoying and Sigezhuang, and then gave the main problems existing in the power grid transmission line engineering and the countermeasures. Finally, the thesis summarized and looked into the application and development trend of the project quality management in the power grid transmission line engineering.
