Project risk management is an important part of modern project construction management.At present,with the increasing demand for subway travel in China,the number of subway construction projects is increasing.However,considering the characteristics of metro construction projects,such as long construction period,close relationship with the surrounding environment,and a large number of cross operations,there are certain risks in metro construction projects.Successive accidents lead to waste of resources,and the safety of life and property is threatened.Considering these reasons,it is necessary to carry out risk management during the implementation of the project,which can ensure the safety of participants,improve management ability,reduce risk damage,and make the project complete smoothly.In the field of theoretical research and application,although there are many theoretical researches on risk management at home and abroad,the specific risk management and response in the field of metro shield construction is still lack of systematicness and effectiveness.In this paper,through the analysis of M section shield construction of Jinan metro,the existing construction risk factors are identified,and according to a certain scientific planning to reduce,prevent and resolve the risk,to ensure the normal and orderly progress of the project.The research content mainly includes the following aspects: first,the basic theoretical concept of risk management is explained;then the theoretical basis of project risk management is proposed;then the risk factors of shield construction in M section of Jinan metro are identified,and the risk types of shield construction in M section of Jinan metro are obtained,including the risk of shield in and out of the tunnel,the risk of shield propulsion,and the risk of liaison The tunnel construction risk,environmental risk,force majeure risk,management risk,technical risk and other seven aspects,as well as the 26 secondary risks subdivided from them.Then,by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,combined with the quantitative analysis method,the shield construction risk of section m of Jinan Metro is quantitatively evaluated.According to the results of the risk evaluation,the overall risk level is level III risk,that is,risk The assessment level of damage degree is moderate,and the assessment level of probability of occurrence is moderate.Among them,six major risks,including the risk of shield entering and leaving the tunnel,the risk of shield propulsion,the risk of environment,the risk of force majeure,the risk of management and the risk of Technology,belong to level III risk,the risk of construction of connecting passage belongs to level II risk,and six risk factors,including "improper installation of reaction frame" in 26 level II risks belong to level IV risk,Eight risk factors such as "portal reinforcement failure" belong to level III risk,"portal soil collapse" and other 12 level II risk factors belong to level II Risk;according to the risk level damage standard of rail transit: corresponding response measures should be formulated for level III and level IV risk,therefore,all parties involved in the construction of the project need to develop risk treatment plans,strengthen daily monitoring and process supervision,Based on the results of risk assessment of shield construction in M section of Jinan metro,this paper proposes to strengthen the monitoring,technical improvement,control the speed of excavation,develop emergency plan,strengthen personnel management,and increase technology from seven aspects,such as shield in and out of the tunnel,shield propulsion,and contact channel Technical input and other specific measures,take corresponding solutions to specific problems,so as to promote the orderly development of the project and ensure the smooth completion of the project.
