China's urbanization rate will exceed 60% in 2019.In the process of rapid urbanization,there are a series of serious problems,such as extensive development of space,waste of resources,environmental damage and so on."Limit the increment and activate the stock" has become the main mode of urban development.Energy conservation and emission reduction should be an important goal of urban renewal and development.Nowadays,the living space of many historical and cultural towns is old and dilapidated,the quality of living environment is low,the energy consumption of residential buildings is high,and the low-carbon problem is prominent.Therefore,it is of great significance to take low-carbon as an important guide.How to improve the quality of living space and realize energy conservation and emission reduction on the premise of fully respecting the texture and pattern of historical and cultural towns,and protecting and utilizing traditional buildings,is the key and difficult point in the low-carbon renewal of the living space of historical and cultural towns.This paper takes the residential space in the core area of Fenghuang ancient town in Zhashui county as the research object,and studies the low-carbon renewal design of the residential space from two levels: the residential building group and its external space and residential building unit.Based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of the characteristics of the residential space in the core area of Fenghuang ancient town,this paper explores the green and low-carbon construction experience of the traditional residential space,the low-carbon problems existing in the current residential space and the factors affecting the low-carbon.Put forward the suitable method of low-carbon renewal design of living space.Under the guidance of this method,low-carbon renewal design scheme is proposed for the typical residential building groups and their external space in different characteristics of the core area of the ancient town,and low-carbon renewal design technology and strategy are proposed for different types of residential buildings in the core area of the ancient town.First of all,through on-the-spot investigation and mapping,the paper analyzes and combs the current situation of residential building groups in the core area of Fenghuang ancient town and the characteristics from the external space level to the residential building unit level.This is the basis of finding out the low-carbon problems and influencing factors of the residential space in the core area of Fenghuang ancient town,and determining the low-carbon renewal strategy,technology and scheme.Secondly,analyzing the climate adaptability of the traditional residential space of the ancient town,and extracts the green and low-carbon construction experience,and applies it as the "prototype" to the later low-carbon renewal design.Next,analyze the low-carbon problems and influencing factors of the current living space in the ancient town: in terms of building groups,based on Ecotect,analyze the best orientation of the ancient town's building groups,the length of sunshine in the cold day,projection and shelter of buildings,and locate the building groups with low-carbon problems;in terms of the external space,analyze the average solar radiation of the external space in summer,trees and vegetation,and the material of the underlying surface The impact on the thermal environment of the external space and the carbon sink efficiency of the green space in the core area are to locate the external space with low-carbon problems.At the building unit level,the residential buildings in different construction periods are analyzed from the aspects of the main materials,the outer building envelope,the shape factor,the window wall ratio,and the sun shading system,etc.,so as to analyze the impact on the low-carbon of traditional and modern residential buildings.Then,through the above analysis of the low-carbon problem of the ancient town's living space,the necessity of the low-carbon renewal of the phoenix ancient town's living space is more clearly.Considering the influence of the hot summer and cold winter climate area,the famous historical and cultural towns,and the underdeveloped small towns in the western region on the low-carbon renewal,based on the 3R principle of circular economy and the concept of organic renewal,the phoenix ancient town is formulated.The aim of low-carbon renewal of residential space in Fenghuang town is to put forward a suitable method of low-carbon renewal of residential space in historical and cultural towns.Finally,under the guidance of the low-carbon renewal design method of the living space in the core area of Fenghuang ancient town,the low-carbon renewal design scheme is proposed for a typical built-up area and a typical area to be developed.At the residential building unit level,aiming at the most representative traditional residential buildings and the existing modern residential buildings in the ancient town,the paper respectively puts forward appropriate low-carbon renewal design strategies and technologies.
