| It has become the inevitable trend of China’s urban and rural construction and sustainable development of buildings to integrate the green concept into the whole life cycle of buildings and to develop an economical,efficient and sustainable living environment.Residential buildings designed and evaluated with the national standard "Assessment standard for green building"(GB/T 50378-2014)usually cost a lot before construction,but they can save resources,save energy and reduce operating costs in the process of building use,and at the same time reduce the impact on the environment.In order to define the Shaanxi province green labeled residential buildings ecological and economic benefits,improve the level of the green building development,identify green labeled residential buildings as the research object,the main research contents as follows:(1)Took analyses on technologys’ rate of using of Shaanxi residential building with green design,obtained residential buildings "common" and "less" construction technology,and further analyzed its chosen characteristics;(2)Choosed the building technology for eco-economic benefit analyses,and established the eco-economic benefit evaluation model of the green labeled residential buildings from the perspective of the whole life cycle;(3)The evaluation model was used to analyze and evaluate the ecological and economic benefits of 27 green labeled residential buildings in Shaanxi province,and the technology selection was comprehensively considered to provide suggestions for the technology selection in the program stage.The results show that:(1)The selection of construction technology in shaanxiprovince had the following characteristics: it focused on the preliminary design and used the construction technology with low incremental cost;The technology of water resource conservation was mature,and the selection rate of non-traditional water resource utilization technology was high;Building energy conservation and energy utilization technology was not mature,incremental cost was large;The situation of material resources saving was good;Focued on indoor environmental quality,but preferred to use low incremental cost technology.(2)through the analysis of the evaluation model established,it could be concluded that the ecological and economic benefits of one-star green labeled residential buildings were generally higher than that of two-star buildings in the whole life cycle.Two-star green design labled residential buildings should pay more attention to the energy-saving effect of envelope insulation technology.Considering the selection rate and incremental cost of technologies,it was recommended to use technologies such as "light pollution control" and "outdoor wind environment optimization" which focus on the quality of living environment but are difficult to quantify the ecological and economic benefits.Considering the selection rate and ecological and economic benefits of the technology,it was recommended to use such technologies as "water-saving appliances","municipal water system","rainwater collection system" and "reduction of decorative components"."Ground source heat pump" technology had a low selection rate,but its ecological and economic benefits were high,so it could be popularized and applied according to the characteristics of the project. |
