Study On The Protection And Renewal Of Xi'an Gaogui Zi Mansion And Zhang Xueliang Mansion Block

Gao Guizi Mansion and Zhang Xueliang Mansion Block are located in the southeast corner of the city wall of Xi'an Ming Dynasty.Including Gao Guizi Mansion and Zhang Xueliang Mansion,the two old sites of Xi'an Incident,and the surrounding buildings along the streets,residents,office buildings and so on.Among them,Gao and Zhang Mansions,as the headquarters of the Xi'an Incident,represent the political power center of Xi'an City in the period of the Republic of China.Because of its important historical and cultural value,it has been appraised as a state-level cultural relics protection unit,and has been gradually concerned by people.At present,the block is facing many problems,such as boxed-up space,traffic chaos,insufficient protection and utilization of historical buildings,mixed commercial formats,harsh surrounding environment,poor experience of the active crowd in the block,etc.It is urgent to guide the future development of the block through reasonable protection and renewal design and get rid of the predicament faced by The block.On the basis of ensuring the historical and cultural inheritance of the block,how to meet the growing needs of the block population,ensure the sustainable development of the block,and improve the function of the block? These problems are the significance of this study.This paper chooses the neighborhoods of Gao Guizi Mansion and Zhang Xueliang Mansion in the southeastern part of Xi'an City Wall as the research objects.Through the discussion of the theory of block protection and renewal,the analysis of the cases of block reconstruction,the modern regionality of Xi'an and the requirements of overall planning and design,this paper puts forward some basic principles and requirements for the protection and renewal of Gao & Zhang mansion block.Then through the analysis of the historical and cultural background of the block and the investigation of the current situation of the block to summarize and analyze the existing problems of the current situation of the block,and also give some suggestions.According to the above research results,the reasonable scheme of block protection and renewal design is obtained by comprehensive consideration.In addition,the paper analyzes the transformation plan in depth,and expounds its correctness and rationality in detail.Finally,according to the summary of the design activities of the block protection and renewal,the practical design principles,design strategies and design methods of block protection and renewal are obtained,which can be used as the reference for the future practical reconstruction of Gao Guizi and Zhang Xueliang mansion block.At the same time,it can also provide valuable information for the similar design activities of Xi'an and even the nationalwide similar block protection and renewal objects.
