Electromagnetic iron remover is a very important equipment to remove ferromagnetic impurities from non-magnetic materials,which is necessary for coal,cement,ceramics and other industries.Its existence improves the quality of coal,reduces the number of accidents of crusher,grinder and other equipment,and protects the personal safety of staff.But with the progress of science and technology,more and more thick materials on the transportation belt,higher and higher requirements for impurity removal of enterprises,national requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction,and higher and higher requirements for electromagnetic iron remover.Therefore,the research of electromagnetic iron remover and intelligent control technology has important theoretical and practical significance.First of all,according to the use occasions and requirements of the electromagnetic iron remover,combined with the overall structure scheme of the existing electromagnetic iron remover,the optimization of the structure of the electromagnetic iron remover is completed by selecting its advantages.The drum shaped drum is introduced as the unloading device of the driving drum,which reduces the probability of the deviation accident of the unloading belt,improves the efficiency of the iron removal,and uses SolidWorks 2014 3D modeling software is used to model the overall structure,and the importance and structural characteristics of each device are discussed.Through the analysis of the mechanical properties of the driving drum of the main components of the electromagnetic iron remover,the main mechanical relationship was determined,and the driving torque,friction torque and other data were obtained.The finite element analysis of the driving drum was performed using ANSYSWorkbench finite element analysis software to determine The location of maximum stress and strain is used to improve the design of the drum structure.By using metal detection,PLC control,signal processing and intelligent monitoring technology,the control scheme of electromagnetic iron remover is established,which achieves the excellent effect of energy saving and environmental protection.At the same time,the hardware selection and software design of the control scheme of electromagnetic iron remover are completed,and STEP7 Micro/WIN V4.0realizes the program design of the control system,which lays the foundation for the realization of the intelligent electromagnetic iron remover.Using human-computer interaction technology and remote monitoring technology,combined with the intelligent iron removal scheme of the electromagnetic iron remover,an electromagnetic iron remover intelligent monitoring system was designed.Through the Easybuilder8000 software,the on-site human-computer interaction interface of the intelligent electromagnetic iron remover is designed,and the process parameter setting and function test are realized.At the same time,the Kingview6.55 software of Kingview designed the login interface and monitoring interface of the remote monitoring system for energy-saving iron removal of the electromagnetic iron remover,which realized the timeliness and accuracy of mastering the iron removal information,ensuring the monitoring timeliness and intelligence.
