China is not only a large power consumption country,but also a country with a lack of electricity.The shortage of electricity supply in our country awakened the national energy-saving awareness.Energy-saving industry has rapidly emerged in China's economic field.As a result of equipment technology and other reasons,China's energy efficiency is relatively low,so improving the utilization of energy efficiency can effectively solve the problem of power supply shortage.In the actual production,the main factors leading to the waste of electric power equipment are high power supply voltage,three-phase imbalance,harmonic,low power factor.To solve these problems,this paper aims to design a new type of electromagnetic intelligent power saving device,which can effectively solve the above problems,improve the efficiency of energy utilization and achieve the purpose of saving electricity.This paper analyzes the development status and development level of energy-saving devices at home and abroad.Then combines the electromagnetic energy-saving transformers with the intelligent control system effectively through the use of the forefront of the electromagnetic balance control technology.This topic designs a new type of electromagnetic intelligent energy-saving device based on the study of energy saving principle.The emphasis of this paper is the design of coil winding,the hardware design and the software design of the control system.This paper analyzes the winding mode and energy saving principle of coil twisted wiring in the design of electromagnetic energy-saving transformers and constructs an electromagnetic energy-saving transformer model to simulate by using the Matlab / Simulink.The simulation results show that the energy-saving transformer has the function of balancing three-phase voltage,current and improving the power factor.Taking the equipment performance and operating costs into account,the hardware uses STM32 as the main control chip in the design of intelligent control system.This paper designs the power parameter acquisition and measurement module,the clock module,the liquid crystal display module,the key input module,the data storage module,the communication module and the control of output voltage module.In software part,this article carries out the relevant software design corresponding to each module.In order to facilitate the operator in the background to monitor the work of intelligent energy-saving devices,design the host computer interface through the use of Visual Basic.Finally,test and analyze the whole electromagnetic intelligent power saving device.Experimental results meet the design requirements,and thr energy-savingdevice has a good energy saving effect.
