Study On The Attraction Of Comprehensive Parks In Six Core Districts In Beijing

Comprehensive park is a multi-functional urban public green park,which can coordinate the urban ecological environment and residents' cultural needs comprehensively and play an important role in the comprehensive development of the city.On the one hand,the comprehensive park has a large area and a high rate of green land,which provides the residents with a beautiful and harmonious ecological environment.On the other hand,the comprehensive park has abundant facilities,which provides the residents with an activity space to enjoy a healthy leisure life.Whether the role of a comprehensive park is fully played can be analyzed and evaluated from its attractiveness index."Attraction" refers to the ability of a park to attract residents for recreational activities due to the abundance of its own resources.In the past,there were few studies on attractiveness in comprehensive parks.Therefore,this paper will focus on this area.In this paper,6 representative parks are selected from the comprehensive parks in Beijing as research objects.On the basis of previous researches on park attraction evaluation and related evaluation system,the framework of influencing factors of comprehensive park attraction was preliminarily established based on the analysis,induction and arrangement of a large number of network comments on the comprehensive parks.In a two-month field investigation,the author issued a large number of questionnaires and obtained relatively detailed primary data.Through the factor analysis of the survey data,the comprehensive park attractiveness evaluation system is constructed.The factors affecting the attraction of the comprehensive park and the differences in the attraction of different groups of tourists are evaluated and analyzed.This paper puts forward the countermeasures for the improvement of the comprehensive park in Beijing.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The attractiveness evaluation system of Beijing comprehensive parks is composed of 7 influencing factors and 22 evaluation indicators.The seven influencing factors are: natural ecology factor,park characteristic factor,park activity factor,landscape factor,relatives and friends activity factor,public service facilities factor,architectural sketch factor.(2)According to the attractiveness evaluation system of Beijing comprehensive parks,this paper ranked the comprehensive attractiveness of six comprehensive parks,and the ranking results showed that the attractiveness of the six comprehensive parks was taoranting park > longtan park > purple bamboo garden > yuyuantan park > youth lake park > tuanjie lake park.(3)This paper analyzes and evaluates 7 attractiveness factors in the evaluation system,and the results show that: Natural ecological factors are critical to comprehensive parks,but the six comprehensive parks in the study have little room for improvement.The factors of park characteristics,park activities,landscape and public service facilities play an important role in enhancing the attraction of the park.It is difficult to improve the comprehensive attraction of the park through the activities of friends and relatives.The factors of architectural sketch did not significantly improve the comprehensive attraction of the park.(4)The comprehensive attraction of comprehensive parks in Beijing to different groups of tourists is as follows: in terms of gender,the attraction of parks to female tourists is higher than that to male tourists.In terms of age,the attraction of parks to visitors aged 19-29 is less than other age groups.In terms of educational background,the attraction of parks to tourists decreases with the improvement of educational background.In terms of careers,the attraction of parks to retired tourists is more than to active staff,and far more than to students and to freelancers.(5)The author puts forward six strategies to improve the attraction of comprehensive parks in six districts of Beijing.They are to strengthen the natural landscape,excavate the characteristics of the park,coordinate the park activities,improve the service facilities,attract the young group,and attach importance to the main group.
