| At present,the construction activities of urban underground space in China are showing a trend of competition among thousands of sails,especially in areas with good location conditions.The comprehensive development and utilization of underground space has become the focus of widespread attention in major cities.Rail transit,due to its large capacity and fast speed,can greatly enhance the location advantage of the station area,and has quickly formed the development trend of underground space with rail transit stations as the core.In this context,along with the rapid growth of the rail transit network,trying to explore a strategy that can promote the healthy and orderly development of underground space in the station area has become an inevitable and imminent.This paper focuses on the research of urban rail transit station area underground space planning strategy,and contributes to the overall and orderly development of urban space.First of all,the current background and the development trend of urban space are analyzed.The significance of the subject research for the construction of underground space in rail transit is determined.The research scope of rail transit station areas is determined.Secondly,sort out and summarize the relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad,and refine the previous scholars’ research experience on the regional development model of rail transit stations.In-depth analysis of the factors affecting the development of urban rail transit station areas,classification of rail transit stations,and the proposed development intensity of different types of station areas.Summarize the current status of underground space development in rail transit stations.Then,take the underground space development planning project in the south area of the West Coast New District and Lingshan area of Haikou as an empirical case,and specifically discuss the effective strategies adopted in the actual development planning process.By studying two different types of urban areas,the comprehensiveness and comprehensiveness of the research perspective is improved,and the universality of the research results is improved.Finally,systematically summarize the underground space planning strategies of urban rail transit station areas,take the problem as the guide,propose optimization strategies from the planning perspective,and combine the prediction of urban space development trends,study and formulate planning guidelines,and make corresponding The control content is summarized to improve the practical value of the research results.The research focuses on the urban rail transit station area,which enriches the relevant spatial planning theoretical system and has a positive effect on promoting the comprehensive and three-dimensional development of urban space.At the same time,according to the hot issues of comprehensive utilization of the station area at present,an appropriate optimization strategy is proposed to provide a reference for the scientific and orderly development of underground space in the rail station area. |
