With continuous improvement of Chinese people's living standards,vehicles have gradually become an indispensable means of transportation in people's lives.According to the data from the Ministry of Commerce of China,China's automobile production has been ranked first worldwide for 11 consecutive years,while the total vehicle holding volume is expected to surpass the United States by the end of 2020 and becomes the top of the world.Since the first automobile was invented in 1886,it has experienced evolutionary changes under social development for more than a hundred years,and it accords with people's demands better: the invention of automobile production line enables it to be produced in large quantities and with standardized quality,at the same time,automobile has been transformed from the rich people's toy into public transportation;the lean manufacturing of automobile makes it not only a tool of travel,but also a consumer good catering to people's different social status.In recent years,the evolution of automobile intelligence has made the automated driving vehicle a hot topic in the automotive industry.Series of automated driving vehicle has been introduced into the market by different brands,more automated driving vehicle concept appeared at all kinds of auto shows,and respective blueprints for the future automated driving vehicle have been announced by different automobile manufacturers.In the information era,the speed of information interaction is getting faster.Today,5G technology has already been commercialized,and the future era of Internet of Things is to be expected.The Chinese Government Work Report pointed out that the future city should be Smart City.The Smart City in the context of the Internet of Things will greatly facilitate people's lives in the way of an ecosystem.As part of the future Smart City Ecosystem,the future vehicle must be automated driving vehicle that meets the needs of the ecosystem.Taking V company as an example,this thesis explores the development strategy of automated driving vehicle.This thesis first summarizes the external environment of V company's automated driving vehicle,including the political,economic,social and technological environment,and the competition pattern.Through analysis,the market opportunities,government policy opportunities,industrial opportunities and challenges are obtained.Then,this thesis summarizes the internal conditions of V company's automated driving vehicle,including the status quo of finance,brand image,technology and marketing.Through analysis,the financial advantages,competitive advantages and technical disadvantages are obtained.After determining the strategic goal of V company's automated driving vehicle,i.e.making automated driving vehicle meets the requirements of future Smart City Ecosystem,this thesis puts forward the development strategy of automated driving vehicle from three phases: for short term,medium term and long term.Afterwards,the supporting measures are raised from aspects of enterprise culture construction,compliance and risk management,technology development,organization structure,big data platform development and human resources incentive.The author,as a related party of V company's automated driving vehicle,not only has knowledge of automated driving industry and V company,but also uses the methods of literature review,theoretical research,customer research,expert interview and empirical research to explore the development strategy of V company's automated driving vehicle.The author expects that this thesis can play a guiding role in the V company's automated driving vehicle,and will also reflect on the analysis in practical work afterwards.
