State Grid Corporationput forward the construction of network directly under the provincial company,provincial centralized,independent operation,overall measuring center,authorized by the calibration of measuring equipment,centralized storage,unified distribution,unified supervision,to achieve "monolithic authorization,intelligent automatic verification,storage,logistics and distribution" for the construction of the objectives and tasks,in the height of deepening "two transformation",to speed up the construction of state grid.The construction of automatic storage of intelligent metering in Beijing will realize the optimal combination of energy metering management function in the whole province,which will help Beijing Electric Power Company to improve the measurement infrastructure,promote metering intensive management and standardization construction,optimize the allocation and make effective use of metering resources.This can provide strong support for building a unified strong smart grid and provide development to the construction of the Beijing power grid marketing system.On the basis of the existing research,this paper has optimized the design of automatic storage for intelligent electric meters of Beijing Electric Power Company.The main work is as follows:(1)Automatic warehousing system at home and abroad research situation and application of automatic warehousing system are analyzed in the model of the application of power grid enterprises,established the Beijing electric power company smart meters automatic warehousing the research content and the design goal,and through the demand forecast,scheme selection and nonlinear programming three innovation methods to achieve the optimal design of warehouse.(2)By analyzing the existing situation of provincial measurement center construction,compares the construction mode and technical characteristics of automated warehouse,Beijing Company for the construction of the model are proposed,and expounds the demand forecasting theory and the theory of nonlinear programming for automated storage method for design.(3)For automated warehouse storage size closely related to smart meter business requirements,is put forward to the annual demand forecast index smoothing algorithm and the algorithm with multiple parameter season than expected quarterly demand,respectively,to establish the prediction model and calculation and verification,by data mining and analysis,determines the size of the automated warehouse.(4)For the proposed two kinds of automated warehouse construction scheme,in layout design,logistics mode,technical index and key techniques of four aspects compares,determine the technical scheme,and part of the layout of the storage system has carried on the design and working process,is the stable operation of the whole system.(5)For the goods in warehouse system operation optimization,optimization model of the simulated annealing algorithm is established,through the simulation analysis,realized the optimization of warehousing distribution would be.
