The architect is the core element and important component of the construction industry.At present,the staff turnover of architectural design industry is frequent,and the employee turnover rate of this industry is among the best among all industries in China.According to relevant statistics,young people are the main force of design institute resignation.At the same time,the post-80 s and post-90 s design staff satisfaction is decreasing year by year,and the appeal of design institute to young design talents is decreasing.S architectural design institute is an old state-owned design enterprise in Qinhuangdao.Now it is also faced with the serious problem of brain drain.Therefore,S architectural design institute urgently needs to develop scientific and reasonable management methods to improve the satisfaction of young design employees.Based on the review of domestic and foreign scholars' research on employee satisfaction,this paper takes young design employees of S architectural design institute as the research object,explores the influencing factors of the satisfaction of young design employees,and proposes management countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of young design employees.Firstly,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis involved in this paper are expounded,mainly including the definition and characteristics of young employees and knowledge employees,the theoretical basis of employee satisfaction and the identification method of influencing factors of satisfaction.Secondly,according to the current situation of the company,a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of young design employees was prepared to collect data on their satisfaction status.Thirdly,SPSS 22.0 was used to carry out factor analysis on the obtained data,and it was identified that the satisfaction of young design employees was mainly affected by five key factors,namely,working environment,salary,human environment,career development,leadership and management,and a regression model was established to obtain the relationship between various factors and their comprehensive satisfaction.Finally,according to the key factors found out,this paper proposes targeted management countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of young design employees by optimizing the working environment,improving the salary system,cultivating the corporate culture,expanding the growth space and changing the management mode.
