Image Bionic Modeling Design Of Forklift Based On Visual Dynamic Theory

Forklift as an indispensable transportation equipment in logistics system,its market prospect is expanding.Forklift enterprises can't gain market advantages simply by relying on innovation in technology,so they gradually turn their attention to forklift modeling design.However,most forklift models in China's market are mechanical,rigid and bulky which can not meet the emotional needs of users.Therefore,the user's emotional preference for forklift modeling has become an important basis for forklift modeling design,and how to innovate forklift modeling design based on emotional needs is the focus of this research.In this paper,perceptual image is taken as the key basis of forklift modeling design.Guided by the theory of visual dynamics,the relationship between human and forklift modeling form is discussed from the perspective of visual perception.The image bionic design method of forklift is proposed to optimize and innovate the appearance of forklift.First of all,the basic concept of visual dynamics theory is expounded,and the expression form of visual dynamics is summarized.According to the influence of visual dynamics on image,the image form of product is analyzed.Secondly,the existing forklift modeling research,grasp the characteristics and principles of forklift modeling design,and the factors affecting forklift modeling;and carry out the perceptual image research on forklift modeling,determine the method of mining perceptual demand,and summarize the two levels of applying visual power to forklift modeling.Thirdly,the method and process of forklift image bionic design based on visual dynamic theory are established: the rational visual image form and the perceptual visual image form of forklift are constructed.On the basis of obtaining the basic model of forklift's dynamic style under the target image,the biometrics with identification degree is transformed to the key parts of forklift's modeling to achieve the integration of the overall shape of forklift's modeling.Finally,the practice and evaluation of forklift modeling are carried out,forming a forklift modeling design scheme to meet the emotional needs of users.The research method established in this project is to optimize and innovate theforklift modeling,form the forklift modeling with rich emotional connotation,enhance the emotional appeal of forklift modeling,and to some extent provide reference for the design of engineering vehicle modeling.
